Who it’s for

  • Venue owners and groups: run one Space or many across your premises, with each Venue’s roster, pool and fill-ins kept clear.
  • Booking agencies: manage one roster of artists across every Venue you staff, and invoice each Venue for your booking service. You hold the account and invite each Venue’s own team as bookers or viewers.
  • Contractor bookers: book for Venues you don’t own; the dashboard shows every Space you fill, whoever operates it.

A Venue is the free premises container. A Space is each bookable room, stage or area inside it. Each Space runs its own schedule, genres, vibe and technical details, so the right artist lands in the right spot. If you run more than one independently operated premises, create a Venue for each one. Self-service is limited to 25 active Venues and 75 active Spaces; contact support if you need a larger setup.

Common roster problems

Availability

Collecting monthly availability from 30 artists. 30 different formats. Half in DMs.

Last-minute fill-in

An artist just pulled out. Now I’m in six DM chats trying to fill the slot before doors.

Version control

Re-issued the roster spreadsheet again. Three updates this week. Half the team won’t see the latest version.

Four steps from spreadsheet to a confirmed roster.

01

Build your artist pool

Invite your regular artists, manage their details, rates, and availability in one place.

02

Send the offer

Click a slot, pick an artist, offer the gig.

03

They accept

Or arrange a fill-in: use Instant, or choose with Booker Picks.

04

Roster confirmed

Accepted gigs appear on the roster and can sync to connected calendars.

Free during open beta. Artist Free stays free. Venues are free until 1 December 2026, then from A$20 a month per space. A Venue is the premises you manage. A Space is each bookable area inside it, such as a room, rooftop or stage.
