An Event Subscription costs A$20 per space you can run on the same day, per month. An Event Pass costs A$10 per Space for one week. An Event Pass tops up an Event Subscription or an active Venue subscription. It isn’t sold on its own.
Common setups
Adding a Space mid-cycle charges a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period plus the ongoing monthly from there, and you see a cost preview before you confirm. If a booker needs more capacity, they request a Space and the account owner approves it with that same preview, so the person who pays always sees the cost first.
