Festivals, pop-ups and one-off nights. Choose an Event Subscription for regular events, with weekly Event Passes for extra stages or events.

Event Subscription

A$20 per Space / month

Choose how many event Spaces you need on the same day. Each subscribed Space can run artist sets throughout that date.

Event Pass

A$10 per Space / week

One pass covers a week (7 dates) at the venue. Buy another week when an event runs longer.

An Event Pass tops up an Event Subscription or an active Venue subscription. It isn’t sold on its own.

How passes combine

Example: if your plan covers one event Space and you run two Spaces across a weekend, one Event Pass adds the second Space across both dates.

A few things worth knowing

What happens when the free period ends?

Free until 1 May 2027 when you join now. Venues can subscribe any time and pay nothing until their free trial ends. We’ll email you at least three weeks before billing starts. Artists can keep their profile, availability and bookings on Artist Free.

What counts as a Space?

A Space is a bookable room, stage or area within a Venue, with its own roster. You pay for active Spaces. The Venue itself, meaning the premises, is free.

Can artists accept bookings without joining?

Yes. Artists can accept or decline your gig offer from the email, without creating a Gig Pool account.
